Bass Course Day #7, 3 final powerful Bass catching techniques

Hi Fisherman,

64 days ago, you signed up for my Bass fishing information - and now we come to the last issue of the Bass mini course where I'll tell you about 3 more very powerful techniques for catching lots of Bass... I'll still send you some information from time to time, but this is the final day of the mini course.

The first, and one of the most important tips I want to leave you with is to make sure to visit the local bait shops around your area.

Not only should you be supporting the mom and pop shops, but they know the local waters best, and they know what works. You'll pay a little more, but you are also paying for their experience.

Sure you can go over to Walmart and grab a bunch of baits cheap, but they may not be the best fit for your local waters. Start with the local bait shops...and I promise they'll be a LOT more helpful than the guys at Walmart!

Now this second tip is something specific for the smallmouth guys...

When fishing in a small river, in shallow water, throw out a 1/4 ounce white Rooster Tail near brush piles. Get it close to the rocks and retrieve it slowly. You'll catch a lot of smallmouth this way.

Finally, when fishing in a local pond for Bass try this vibrating lure: a crayfish 1/4 ounce Rat-L-trap. Reel it in (retrieve it) as fast as you can, then stop for 3-4 seconds...then start reelin' again! This will produce a ton of strikes in local ponds.
